THE MIRACLE OF THE HANDS

In autumn 1989 in Athens, the capital of Greece, there was the International Conference on unusual treatment methods. In this conference, people discussed and presented Djuna Davitashvili the gold medal of the Academy of Foreign Affairs of the United Nations11 and the medal of “Doctor of Philosophy of Medicine”.

So who was Djuna and what was special in her to make her deserve these prizes?

Djuna was born and grew up in Cuban (of former Soviet Union). Since childhood, she felt a special ability in her that others did not have. She had the ability to cure diseases (for friends and relatives) such as lump, wart, or could stop the bleeding of slight injuries.

In the countryside where she lived, minor illnesses were cured by the hands of Djuna. Though at that time, people could easily regard this as ghost, demon or sorceress, but people did not consider Djuna as witch, as in fact she cured diseases with her bare hands. And with this pair of miracle hands, Djuna saved her father from the death as he fell into an epileptic fit due to traumatic brain injury. She just touched his head when he fainted, and he recovered.

Djuna went to medical school when she grew up. Medical knowledge helped her to provide better treatment. With the miracle hands, Djuna could diagnose diseases without medical equipment. Djuna reached to the essential point: “All that is living must have a biological environment”.

But what does it symbolize? That is still mysterious.

 When people do not understand why and how the miracle hands of Djuna cured illness, they use ambiguous words to cover what science and intelligence of human beings have not known “All that is living must have a biological environment” .

With the words of biological environment, people cannot visualize the life in the universe, but to mention of the life in the universe, it is due to a circle of 12 causing conditions, if there is one causing condition, there will also be another causing condition, and when all 12 causing conditions come together, the world of sufferings appears. If one of the 12 causing conditions starts to perish, the others will also perish and therefore the world of sufferings will be destroyed. As such, biological environment are words of science. So what kind of biological environment are the hands of Djuna?

When people cannot give an answer, they call it SPIRITUALITY. So what is SPIRITUALITY? Is SPIRITUALITY the things that human beings cannot explain?

It is true that when there is something inexplainable, they only use the word SPIRITUALITY to avoid dealing with their ignorance and lack of understanding.

Human beings are very strange that whatever they do not understand or cannot explain, they will either deny it or consider it as SPIRITUALITY but do not make efforts to find out these MYSTERIES are because of what.

In our opinion, in this life there is nothing MYSTERIOUS or MIRACULOUS. There are MYSTERIES or MIRACLES just because we have not understood. There are many stories regarding the hands, so now we continue to read “THE MIRACLE OF THE HANDS”.

“Some scientists and most people who did not believe in these miracles denied it. But for Djuna, though inexplainable they still exist”.

No matter people believe it or not, the curing hands of Djuna still cured diseases.

With her pair of hands, Djuna had cured several diseases with scientific certification. She had helped doctors accurately identify the diseases and thus provide better medical treatments. In 1988 in Moscow there was a book “I listen to my hands” by Djuna (The Publisher of Science and Technology of Hanoi translated and published this book in 1995). The book was about her EXCELLENT ENDOWMENTS and her sadness when she had not been recognized as many people misunderstood and criticized her.

In 1989 the National institute of appraisal of Soviet Union paid attention to the conclusions of the Ministry of Medicine and officially recognized the method of using the hands to cure diseases of Djuna.

However Djuna was still the only one who had miraculous hands over many years. She still did not understand why she had this ability and could not train others or community to cure diseases. There was no second generation of Djuna to cure illness.

It is true that Djuna herself did not know how her hands could have such ability to cure illness. Most people in this world also do not understand, much less Djuna.

Such mysteries can only be clearly understood by people with thorough Buddhist knowledge who have attained full enlightenment, they know where such MIRACLES come from. This MIRACLE is in fact not at all MIRACULOUS, if we know that the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION in our body creates all these MIRACLES then there is no longer anything MIRACULOUS.

According to Buddhism, in a human body there are FIVE KHANDHAS, when the KHANDHA OF FORM works, a person lives normally without any MIRACLE, but when the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION works - as the intelligence of human beings does not understand it and thus calls it MIRACLE. If the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION works at any organ of sense, that organ of sense becomes miraculous. As for Djuna, the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION works at the hands therefore the hands of Djuna could cure diseases for people. In Vietnam, some time ago there was a man who cured sickness by plain water, he only placed his hands on a bottle or a cup of water and gave the water to sick people to drink and they recovered, there was also a tree-leaf man, whatever leaf of tree he touched, people took it to boil to drink and they recovered from sickness.

All these phenomena happened because of the operation of the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION. When people do not understand they think: “There are so many mysteries around us but modern science has not had adequate answers”. The heart of Thich Quang Duc, the bodies of Vu Khac Minh, Vu Khac Truong being worshipped in Đậu pagoda are not miraculous, only people do not understand and find them miraculous.

The heart of the Most Venerable Thich Quang Duc was not burnt to ashes, it was because his KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION worked while his brave and strong will was fiercely against the religious discrimination of the dictatorship and nepotism of Ngo Dinh Diem. And the bodies of Vu Khac Minh and Vu Khac Truong remain to the present like two skeletons, it was also because of their KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION. When they were alive, they practiced and their minds and bodies fell in the EMPTINESS CONCENTRATION OF IMAGINATION so their KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION worked and affected the bodies, therefore when they died their bodies did not stink and swell like other bodies. As a result, when we know the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION, in our life there is no longer anything MYSTERIOUS, no longer anything SPIRITUAL.

 There was a group of people who did not understand the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION, so when hearing about the curing hands of Djuna, they announced that in Vietnam there would be people who knew how to teach others to create and use bioenergy (also called with different names in Vietnamese as “nhân điện”, “ngoại cảm”, “trường sinh học”...) to cure diseases with miraculous hands, particularly from 1991 up to now.

“The method of curing sickness with bioenergy (nhân điện) has been recognized by some countries in the world such as Soviet Union, America, Venezuela etc.

Up to now, in our country there have been thousands of miraculous pairs of hands like that. The family of Vietnam bioenergy was born out of objective law and urgent need of daily life. As a first step, people with “miraculous hands” have done charity work, cure sickness for anyone who wants, including those who have no other choice after having gone to many hospitals and seen many doctors.

According to the data of some bioenergy establishments in Vietnam (clinical records, pictures, videos, letters expressing gratitude, letters of certification...) they have cured themselves and others with complete or partly recovery of such illnesses as: pains (in the head, neck, back, limbs, stomach, chest...), prolonged insomnia, asthenia, high blood pressure, rheumatism, asthma, epilepsy, heart failure, phlegmon...

As such, normal things are happening in our life, including the pairs of miraculous hands using bioenergy to cure sickness”.

We have read Professor. PhD. Nguyen Dinh Nhu advertising bioenergy as above. So what is bioenergy?

People keep thinking that each human body has non-physical electric currents and with result of practice people can use them to cure many types of diseases. When practicing, what do they use to practice? As bioenergy is non-physical and people cannot use the consciousness of mind, thus they use the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION to practice, so when they are successful in their practice and can cure diseases, is that due to the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION?

Djuna did not use the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION to practice bioenergy but her hands already had the power to cure all types of diseases, so it is not bioenergy. When you practice bioenergy, do you consider everything that can cure diseases as bioenergy? Before having bioenergy, do you know how you have used the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION to practice? If you assert that bioenergy can cure all diseases successfully, so since the introduction of bioenergy up to now hospitals would have been closed as nobody would go to hospitals for treatment. You should not praise bioenergy too much as it would turn out to be untrue. Now you can go to the hospitals to see. The hospitals do not have enough beds for patients.

Due to practicing the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION people have bioenergy. Therefore when it is used to cure diseases, not all diseases can be cured. A sick person who could recover is the one corresponds to the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION of the curer, it means that the KHANDHAS OF IMAGINATION of the curer and the sick person must correspond, otherwise without such corresponding, diseases will never be cured.

Though the hands of Djuna could cure but only patients whose KHANDHAS OF IMAGINATION correspond to the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION of Djuna would recover. So when the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION does not work, the hands will no longer be miraculous for curing sickness. Most people could cure diseases with their KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION only in a period of time, after that time they no longer have that ability.

As we understand the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION we do not find anything SPIRITUAL or MIRACULOUS, it is just a natural operation of the FIVE KHANDHAS of people. But why is it that there are people whose KHANDHAS OF IMAGINATION work but also there are people whose KHANDHAS OF IMAGINATION do not work?

Normally every human being has KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION but his/her KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION stays quiet and does not work, only after a “shock” that almost took one’s life, the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION starts working as in the case of the psychic B.H who was bitten by a rabid dog.

As we know at the moment there are some people with working KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION. To verify these things we should study the stories that have been published in newspapers and books. If we make efforts to study, we will clearly understand such mysteries and miracles
