THE MYSTERY OF A HEART

The fire of self-immolation of the Most Venerable Thich Quang Duc to protest America and Diem’s regime almost 40 years ago has gone down in history of struggle of the Buddhism of Vietnam against foreign intruders.

After 40 hours of cremation, the His bone and fresh were burnt to ashes however it was strange that his heart remained intact!

When the South was liberated in 1975, that heart was transferred to and kept in the State Bank of Vietnam and then was sent to Hanoi for the scientists to study. For people, the heart of the Most Venerable Thich Quang Duc is still a mystery. But for us, it is not a mystery, this is because when the Most Venerable was alive, before the voluntary death of self-immolation for the sake of Buddhism, his brave spirit and iron will were so powerful, therefore his KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION started to work in the self-immolation flames, that was the reason why the heart had never been burnt to ashes. How could it be burnt when the KHANDHA OF IMAGINATION worked? People do not understand and call it miracle
